MID SEASON (Mch, May, Jun, Sep, Oct, Half-term):

• £75/$135 per night
• £485/$895 per week
• £960/$1700 for 2 weeks

HIGH SEASON (July, August, Thanksgiving):

• £80/$150 per night
• £540/$940 per week
• £1070/$1880 for 2 weeks

HOLIDAY SEASON (Xmas, New Year, Easter):

• £95/$175 per night
• £595/$1090 per week
• £1190/$2160 for 2 weeks

Other important information:

• Add $90 for cleaning fee if stay less than 7 nights
• A refundable security deposit of £300/$400 is required
• Gas pool heating £130/$220 per week
• Hot Tub Spa heating £50 ($100) per week
• Pool heat recommended Nov to April

This is a detached vacation rental house to rent, which is fully equipped and includes an array of leisure and baby facilities. The accommodation is 10 minutes to Walt Disney World on Ashley Manor, Orlando, Florida, USA (America).
